Bow'd It is located in Canberra, Australia and currently only ships within Australia.

Currently orders are processed and shipped within in 2-3 days of payment.  There may be the occasional delays if there is a special event/sale which may take a little longer due to high volumes of orders.

All items shipped by Bow'd It is via Australia Post and are tracked.

Returns

There are no refunds for any items purchased with Bow'd It.  

If any items have arrived damaged, we will do our best to accomodate your needs and fix any problems that may have occured.
